No sooner had I completed my online order, than I had a call from the shop, saying one item was not available, would an alternative be OK? Thankfully it was. I asked if it would really take an hour before my food order arrived and she said no it should be much sooner than that (1 hour is just to make sure they can complete if there is a sudden rush of activity). Sue enough the driver soon arrived, even the roads were somewhat icy. Many Thanks. good tasting food too.

Service charge applied to the bill an extra 80p for the privilege of ordering online. Didnt realise until I went to collect the pizza - they wouldn’t waiver the amount despite the pizza being ready to collect. So I walked away - delivery charge yes service charge no!
